Fantastic BMxWW art. The details on both their costumes are spot on and the stylish flow of Diana's hair and the cape effectively draws one's look to their faces and translates their mutual unspoken attraction perfectly. And given the damp neon-like lighting, I'd have to guess they're somewhere in the Batcave.
If you're trying to scare me wearing my own cape, you're gonna have to try harder. It got your attention, though, didn't it? Didn't need the cape for that.
While I don't ship Wonder Woman and Batman together, (Mostly because they don't actually interact all that much outside of Justice League. I mean I get it people grew up watching the Justice League cartoon. But as a Wonder Woman fan they did not get Diana. The most they did with her was have her develop sexual tension with Batman. But come on guys these two would not work long term.)
Okay I'm done. I will admit you are a great artist and draw a very nice Diana.
God, your art is just so inspiring. You have such a grasp of the small details -- the way their hair happens to fall, the look in their eyes, the works -- that lend a much-needed human sense to these characters. You look in their faces and suddenly it's not about who's blowing up which buildings where and how long it'll take for the JL to beat their asses; it's about the day-to-day in-between major apocalypses that reminds us what they're fighting for in the first place. Scenes like this, gripped with passion -- scenes where their hair is adorably messy and you catch them working at something they love -- scenes where they pretend to fit into their secret identity, scenes where they really do feel like they belong on the civilian side and are able to take a break from the war on crime to connect with people as just another citizen.
Ugh. I don't mean to gush, it just really makes me wanna write. Would it be cool with you if I did a fanfic inspired by your work? Heck, better yet, are you working on one to tie in with this amazing art? o:
